Your Personal Data:

Dynamix Recruitment Ltd takes your data privacy seriously and will only use the details you provide to administer your account and provide you with our products and services. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act and GDPR Dynamix Training Ltd is the ‘Controller’ for this information.

 

 

When doing business with Dynamix Recruitment Ltd we collect personal information about you including;

  • Name
  • Work contact details
  • Financial information

 

We may augment this information with the products and services you’ve used with us or other information you’ve given to us about services we offer which you may be interested in.

 

We also collect some personal data about people with whom we don’t currently have a business relationship with but would like to be kept informed about our products or services at any time. You can unsubscribe to opt-out of this list at any time and have the right to view the data we hold on you, have it transferred to you or to have this data erased.

 

We get some of the data by taking details from you through your interaction with us via web forms, email, online chat or from telephone conversations we may have from you.

 

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data in order to identify and contact you to provide our services. We only collect the necessary information required for us to effectively deliver and improve these services.

 

What we do with it

All of the personal data we process is done so by our staff in the UK and your personal data will not be processed outside of the UK or EU without your consent.

 

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

 

We store your data on a secure database, on encrypted machines, which can only be accessed by appropriately trained staff.

 

We will never sell or share your data with any third party except for those used to directly help us carry out our lawful business (examples of these include but are not limited to couriers, credit reference agencies, our accountants and HMRC).

 

 

We adhere to the following guidelines in relation to our email communications:

(i) emails will clearly identify us as the sender;

(ii) emails sent to you for marketing purposes will include an option to unsubscribe from future email messages; you may unsubscribe from all mailing lists, with the exception of any emails regarding legal notices and invoicing.

 

How long we keep it

We are required under UK tax law to keep your financial transactions and basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of six years.

 

Any additional information that we have is kept until we are reasonably certain that you no longer wish to do business with us, unless you request that we do so sooner.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.

 

You have the right to request to see the data we hold about you, for us to store it securely and for us to inform you if there is a breach of that security that affects your personal data.

 

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Compliance Officer who will investigate the matter.

 

If you are not satisfied with our response, or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
